Default Painless Perfect Hi-rpm

I just saw an ad that Painless has in the february issue of HOT ROD MAGAZINE.
They have now upgraded their Perfect wiring and computer system with a camshaft.
They cliaim that it makes 409HP and 407ft/lb.

I have some questions about this kit.....

Is it programmed different from the standard LS1 version?
Is it only a cam change? (or springs, lifters and rockers as well?)
Do I have to specify gear ratio and tire diameter, or can I change that myself?
Is it possible to do any other power upgrades, like a F.A.S.T intake, AFR heads, headers etc. without reprogramming the computer?
Is the power numbers a fact?
Where can I bou it? And what does it cost?

It would sure be nice to have in my LS1 in 56 Chevy Wagon conversion.....

Thanks a lot for your answers
