Do O2's effect performance?

I keep getting P0131, P0137, P0151, P0157 codes. I get rid of the codes only to have them come back a short while later. At WOT my o2's on B1S1 and B2S1 drop to .02 and lower on Atap. What effect does O2's have on performance? My cars performance is horrible right now and I'm wondering if getting new O2's help? Thanks in advance.

Bad O2 sensors will definitely kill performance.

BTW, I didn't look up your codes so my statement is a general proposition.

Those would be low voltage codes for the O2 sensors. I went out and purchased some sensors in hopes of curing my SES light. I Ataped and everytime I nail the throttle the O2's drop to approximately .03....shouldn't it be closer .9xx?? I'll try and get those in tomorrow after work.
