MAFT question: What's a good base line setting after installing Long Tube Headers?

I know it will vary some car to car, but in general where a good place to start?

5% or 10% lean on Base? What about WOT?

you need atap or a wideband....otherwise you are pissing in the wind....don't forget to get your idle cruise ltrims right first as this affects WOT

In other words to install headers, I'm going to have to have Atap.

99 Start with BASE at +10% put 25 miles on the car with that setting !

Then atap and watch your l trims !

Do not adjust your WOT till U have your l trims dialed in !

Then the best bet is to tune your O2's or WOT on a chasis dyno using the wideband meter ! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />
