Default dynojet w/b reads 18:1

For the last few days everytime I get on it - it reads 18:1, but I know its not right. I thought that it was because I was running leaded gas until a friend called and said that his was doing the same thing as mine.
Any ideas???

If your running leaded gas its probably killing your sensors! So that is probably your issue right there.

I called dynojet they said it would take 6 to 8 months to do any harm - I'm not done with the 1st tank full & my friend doesn't run leaded gas @ all.

Is this a direct display, or are you running it through
an I/O interface like HPTuners or FlashScan?

possible an exhast leak, but its doubtfull that your friends exhaust developed a similar leak... just something to look into.

Can the dynojet WB be calibrated like the LM1/LC1 (free air calibration)? Maybe if you recalibrate it, it'll go back to normal?

Harm to their sensor, or to the stock sensors?

6-8 months sounds like a really long time to me. I thought a stock o2 sensor would lead foul a lot quicker than that.

I called DynoJet today - they couldn't come up with any idea. Said that I needed to talk to w/b expert. So, I left a message and got no call back - Great customer service.
No there is no free air calibrations and they told me 6-8 months on the w/b (none in stock). A friend has a brand new sensor that I'm going to try - I'll let you know.

Okay, problem solved - it was the sensor. The only thing my friend and I have in common is that we both run Sunoco 100 unleaded. So, I don't know what did it, but if I have to put a sensor in every 6-8 months thats better than buying a new engine.

Thanks for everyones help!

Well, I don't know about the Bosch but back in the
day, when you could still get regular, I ripped out
the restrictor on my little Fiat 2000 Spider's gas
neck and put some leaded down it. Took less than
the trip home for the Bosch EFI to take a crap and
I had a flamethrower exhaust.

A Pinto carb, an older Fiat Weber manifold, and all
better....

Anyway, there are some lead-resistant sensors but
it sounds like the LSU-4 is not one.
