Need idea's on tuning

Installed new heads last weekend and Dyno'd today.Before #'s were 363hp/358tq with A/F at 13-1 across the board.After the Heads was 383hp/371tq.To get those #'s I had to lean out my MAFT all the way and A/F was 14-1 <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" /> I got no KR on A-tap.My timing topped out at 25 degrees(01 TA)At lower A/F's (13-1)the #'s were around 370hp.

What do you think is wrong? My A/F should be around 13-1 for max power, not 14-1.The A/F was monitered by real time one.I always use this Dyno too.

Maybe with your low timing you need a leaner mixture for max power..and heard it might make a difference how they do the wideband ..do they put a sensor where yours is or just stick it in the tailpipe..?? Not sure if that would be as accurate..also you maft is all the way lean..mine is down four clicks wot and have hpp tuning in which probably leans a couple clicks worth also.
Was running 5 clicks down without hpp and could have maybe went down more.I put in the hpp to try to pick up some timing.seems to be working.I have no dyno so can't give you numbers..I thought dyno widebands were the ultimate for tuning ..what do the dyno guys say about the 14.1??? You mph looks a bit low too I think..what altitude are you at..
??? I only got like a 13.12 at 110 corrected for altitude the other day with a 2.30 60ft on my sz firehawks.I tuned the car a bit more after that so need to try again..I think I should be hitting
115 mph..I have lid,holley filter,gms maf,ported tb,ls6 intake,b1 cam,tts,tts cats,b and b ,cutout
hpp and maft,scanmaster and autotap.

I have no times with this setup.(those are old on 95 degree day)14-1 is lean.Since I'm getting no KR,I am guessing I need more timing and richen it back up.
