Can't kill P01860 and P01810 codes

I've got a TH350 going from a a4 and cannot get these codes to go away with my ls1edit. I have them turned off, but they just keep coming back. Seems like a flaw in the LS1Edit software, but I wanted to see if anybody though it could be something else before I email Carputing.
