98'Z28 LS1, Hypertech -Shift points??

What the best shift points for 1 ,2 ,3,? in the 1/4 mi. "0 - for 1"? "0-for 2"? who knows? mild mods little over 400hp. cam ,headers,intake,tb,ect .ect. any help would be helpfully! hotrod44
