Re: 7.0 liter tuners inside please.. Don't worry about your MAF table, that is going to be the least of your worries. The stock MAF settings should be fine to get you started.
Just make sure that your injector flow settings are correct for your 42 lb injectors.
Additionally, make sure you raise your idle a bit to accomodate your larger cam as well as increase the idle air and IAC in park position tables accordingly.
And setting the cubic inches correctly will help with tuning WOT runs on the dyno.
