I'm having issues with my idle.

First let me say that I have searched for hours trying to find information on anything close to my problems.

My 2002 ls1 motor with a Trex cam, Longtubes ,etc is having idle issues. My idle is set for 1250 rpm when cold and at 1000 rpm when warm. At startup though, my idle is right around 1500 rpm. My IAC counts are very high, 180-200. The idle is not rough, but the idle rises progressively as the ECT rises. Within about 15-20 seconds after startup for some reason my IAC counts are at 0 and stays there, but from looking at the histogram on IAC I see spikes here and there. I know that is not normal, but what can be causing that? I tried cleaning inside the TB where the IAC is at as well as the IAC because there was black stuff on there, but it didn't help any. Slowly the idle rises until it reaches about 3000 rpm, and by that time I have to shut it down as the ECT are too high (I have yet to work out my cooling fan)

I am throwing codes
P0106 - Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) System Performance
P0507 - Idle Speed High

I have also attached my log from yesterday.

As far as vacuum leaks are concerned, how many ports are on the intake anyways? (2002 intake) I know of 2 in the front passenger side of the intake, 1 on the drivers side of the intake, and the 2 by the Map sensor.

I have yet to check for vacuum leaks via propane/carb cleaner as the thought of spraying those things on a running engine is just asking for trouble. Is there a safer way to do it?

Also, should the Map sensor wobble around when you try to turn it left and right? And how do I check if my Map sensor is in good shape?
