a/f ratio... did i get a bad tune

a/f ratio... did i get a bad tune the guy that tuned my car set the a/f at 13.1, is this to high... could this be why i only dynoed at 380hp?

Nhaaa looks good given the mods you have in your sig its not too lean at all, I've seen tunes from some really good shops in the high 13's for n/a applications, so you're good.
