Default Real lean while coasting, what can I do?

I see everybody else posting up there scan files of LTFT's and they have -1 ans 0's in the coast cells. My car (m6) usually gets into the teens in the coast cells if I let the car coast in gear. Is there a way to fix this without adjusting the VE table? It just seems to me, something else is causeing this, and adjusting the VE table is not the correct fix cause it would cause a "mountain" in those cells. Am I wrong? What can I do?

So why do all the other logs have 1's and 0's in those cells?
