Do you mean general tuning on vehicles that have DOD or changing the DOD settings?
Know of 3 guys including myself that have done tuning on the LS4 which has DOD. One of them says the DFCO settings actually control the DOD. I haven't messed with them yet so im not sure. Here is the thread where we talked about it.
