How much is HP tuners SD program

All i can find is alot of stuff about credits.I have a 98 and really need a 2or 3 bar SD tune.Where can I purchase and for how much.thanx guys

what the hell is ph? if your talking about hp tuners. its 50 bucks a credit. its 2 credits for 2 & 3 bar so you can do the math
