Help! Car won't start!!!

I left to run to the store today and everything was fine. When I was leaving, I put the key in the ignition and nothing happened.

-I looked at the fuses and they were all fine.
-I changed the starter and ignition relays and it still did not work.
-Tried to jump start the car and nothing.
-Tried getting my spare set of keys to see if it was the computer chip on the key, and it wasn't.

When I turn the key to crank the motor I hear one click coming from the fuse area under the hood and my fuel/temp/oil pressure guages will go all the way to the left. The fuel pump does prime and all other electronics work. One thing is that the SES light stays on and the secruity light flashes.
Please help with any suggestions!
Thanks!

If security light flashes, your done. Its in theft mode. What year car? If it's the 2000 in your sig, then it is possible that the ignition lock cylinder went out, those are like a light switch, due to two tiny white wires that go to the VATS controller. Those wires break in time, and there is no warning, all is fine until "poof", one of the wires breaks and no go. There is a way to bypass that system, if you want I will e-mail you privately, but I would rather not post it.

My security don't flash...its stays on for like 5 minutes then I can attempt again. Q-tip and alcohol is a temp fix for me but I'm interested in an accurate way to fix it......
