Feedback on LTFT's requested

Hello all,

I've been battling a low throttle and surging issue. Would anyone care to comment on my LTFT's shown here? It looks as if my old MAF took a dump. Anyone agree?

I probably didn't pose the question well. The question is do the LTFT's indicate that the older MAF wasn't working properly? And, does the new MAF seem to be working within reasonable ranges. The issue is that I'm not familiar yet with what are acceptable LTFT's.
