is my pcm bad if im getting voltage out of the serial data line(key on)? and have resistance to ground (the key off)?
if it makes a diffrence its on a 95 buick 3.8l

PCM supplies voltage to data line. And resistance to ground is through internal PCM buss bar. You should see 5 volts, maybe 7, not 100% sure. As for he proper resistance value, dunno.
