Why don't you spend a little more and get a wideband. The narrowbands don't work for **** once they go outside of stoich.

I have a Dynotune LC-1 with the square guage. VERY inconspicuous, easy to install, and works badass.

Well proceed!

I might be installing one for a friend coming up, not sure if he's getting a wideband or just a guage, so don't be suprised when I PM you.

Purple wire on the flat connector of the O2. Use crimp butt splice connectors and tape them up good afterwards so they don't get wet.

The propper signal wire should be wire B on the O2 connector if you want to splice into it from the sensor. Just look at the connector as they should be labeled in the plastic molding. See diagram below...

Check it with a voltmeter if you can (while it's running) without getting burnt. It should be swinging between .3 and .7 mV.
