q's on tuning with torquer v2 and 98 pcm

i have recently had my car tuned @ a local fairly reputal tuner. after the secod trip to him most of my drivabilty issues have been solved except 2 complaints. so i was wandering if i have to live with these problems until i do a 99+ pcm swap or should i bother him again??
1. on hot restarts the car will hold an idle until i try to put the car in reverse or drive then i have to 2 foot it to keep it running. which kinda sucks because with the large stall if i don't do it just right then the car slams into gear which i know can't be good for the trans or the drivetrain.
2.at WOT my 2-3 shift bangs the revlimiter about 2-3 times b4 it shifts.
the car feels great @ WOT until the 2-3 shift then it is a little scary when the car wont shift.
thanks in advance for any help.(mods are in sig)

What state are you in?

If you send me the pcm, that is an easy fix.
