Car wont Idle, surges, and stalls. Plz help!

ya im not sure why the RPM logging stoped working in HPTuners tonight, sigh.
ya, first one is just at idle.
Could the LTrims pegged also mean, that I just dont have my injector table set right, and Im leaning it out? Or could it be a bad o2 sensor?
I tried removing the PCV system from the throttle body and put my finger over top, It's got incredible vaccum, plus the car runs immaculate everywhere except idle..

Rereading this thread, do a search about big cams and idle tuning. It seems you need a ton of since since you just did the 90/90, heads, cam and everything that changed the dynamics of an engine. Youre going to have to spend the time to get all the idle tables right.
