Default cooling fan tune for 160 degree thermostat

I need to tune my cooling fans to come on sooner for my new 160 degree thermostat. I don't want to spend a bunch of money for a tuner since I will probably never need it again. Is there a cheap way to do this? I did the search for a local tuner, but they are all really far away for such a simple tune. Does anyone have a hand held tuner in my area that reads these forums that I can pay to do this? I am near Richmond Indiana. Any other ideas on how I can do this? Is there a cheaper tuner or software that I could use?

There is not a handheld on the market that will do multiple vehicles, you need to find someone that has HP Tuners with multiple licenses in order to get this done.
