LS1edit won't/can't read

I am trying to read the file that is in my PCM. It does connect with PCM but then stops when it says "sending security key" or whatever. Could this be a conflict as the program that is in it was done with HPtuners?

If the file is locked or a custom operating system of some sort yes.
