What's my reflashing program options for a 95LT1

I am about to reflash my PCM for deeper gears, is the only reflashing program Winflash C.A.T.S. that I can use with Tunerpro?

P.S. I know I can use the complete tuning software packages out there like LT1-edit and Tunnercat, I am looking for a program to just flash a already modified .bin file to my PCM.

Any suggestions?
