Change stoich from USA 14.7 to CA 14.2 ??
 

I read somewhere that the CA stoich AFR ratio is 14.2.

If so, would changing stoich to 14.2 from 14.7 give better throttle response & better part throttle operation ?

Can anyone from CA confirm 14.2 stoich ?

No it is still 14.7 .., 14.2 is richer this value don't change for ideal emissions control. It is changed for max power output. :drive: :devil: :burn:

It is 14.2:1,
for smog gas has O2 in it and as it is burned that 02 is also burned thus then making it 14.7:1 from the exhaust side.
