need OBD1 tune on 95 Trans Am in Colorado

I took my emisions equipment off and need the codes for them turned off. I am in colorado and dont want to ship PCM.

A few internet searches will provide info on free software for OBD1 tuning. It is not user friendly, and I don't know the hardware requirements, but it is FREE. The support base for your model is limited, so you will find little direct help.
