I didn't read through the complete post, but have you replaced or tried the IAC motor? Remove it with the key off. Have a buddy turn on the key while you hold your finger over the plunger, if you don't it will come completely out. Turn off the key. The plunger will want to come out and find the end of its travel, again, keep your finger over it.
Another suggestion, get a MAP sensor. It might be lying to you. I guess keep us posted.

Just a little suggestion, not sure if it would help, check to make sure it has vacuum during cranking. According to your posts, It's the only thing I haven't read that you tried yet, and it's one of the simplest things that everybody seems to overlook.
Good luck!

I had something like this happen to me and it was a bad relay. I believe it was the ignition relay. You can swap some of the relays around as mos of them are the same model.
I know you've stated you checked this, but are you sure about the relays??

Lets try this.
1. If it has fuel and spark it will fire.
2. Have you taken out the spark plug and touched to the block and crank? If it fires you have spark.
3. Motors love starting fliud. If you have spark and starting fluid it is not the PCM.
Have you verified cam timing. You need to pull the frount cover and look at the timing marks on the cam and crank. They need to be right. It is not as much fun as play with computer but must be done.

only one person hit on the u codes a class two data malfunction will cause it not to start if the modules are not talking to on another, have the tech ping all the modules to see if they communicate,if one does not then thier maybe your problem. if they all communicate then check the pcm harness and pins at the computer i have seen the wires break at the connector and cause simmilar issues. you can keep replacing thepcm all day but if the wirings not 100% then it will make no difference.

I have two class two Uxxxx codes and my car runs fine.
It's been said and it's been ignored--is there water in the fuel tank?
Spark, timing, injector pulses, compression, it used to run, GREAT but starting fluid into the intake, water through the injectors, it'll NEVER fire.
