Vinci Tuner Question Are these tuners tuned from Vinci for the persons vehicle set up that is buying it? Or can you just buy a used one and select from a variety of tunes for your car?

they aren't specific for a particular person's car. as you said, you can select from a variety of tunes for your car. here's a write up i did on the vinci tuner
