Hypertech's new Max Power Programmer?!

Anyone have any news on this new toy? Sounds pretty good, but I'm sure there's gotta be some haters out there...

unless they've drastically improved lately ... it's just a cool looking gadget that costs too much and does a **** job of tuning

If you are not going to make any changes to your car and don't mind spending the money, then I would recommend them to people that want to 'feel' like they are tuning their car. :) We do sell these products, and that is what many people want: To feel involved without have to learn much about the PCM, EFI, etc. I understand the concept, but if you are going to modify your car (most people on this board) you probably want more control.

If you have a diesel, adding a 150+ ft/lbs with a handheld is nice and easy.
