4l80 converter won't lock up...
 

Just installed the new 4l80 with a multidisk converter. The converter is not locking up at all, but I logged the torque converter mode in hp tuners and it just stayed off and didn't show any attempt to lock it at all. I tried manually locking it through hp tuners and that didn't work either.

Does this sound like a transmission/torque converter problem or a tuning problem?

I set it to lock in hp tuners at 40 mph...any suggestions?
