I just purchased my lm1 basic kit today and i'm waiting for delivery. I just thought i should post a thread on what else i need with it. will any a/f ratio gauge will do or do i even need one. I'm also ordering pacesetter lt's with ory, 3.73 gears with a auburn posi unit. i also have a predator tune until i get hp tuners. any suggestions on install will help. thanks

Good luck. I had to send mine in after using it for an hour. Then again after it sat for 4 months something else went in under an hour.
Both times circuit board problems, both times they said they won't fix it if it was something I could be doing wrong. They fixed it for free both times. I had it 6 months and practically gave it away on ebay. Garbage.
Seriously I wouldn't take it out of the package I'd send the piece of shit back and get something else.
The LM-1 is an AFR gauge, recording and logging tool.
At least thats what it's supposed to be.
Seriously you come here for advice, there are much better widebands out there than Innovates shit.

what other widebands do you'll suggest. Did anyone else have any problems with Innovate LM-1.

My LM1 has worked great. Only problem is sensor quit after about a year.

Innovate products work fine, if installed correctly you will love it and it will last a very long time :chug:

I have had my lm-1 for about 1 1/2 years & have had no problems whatsoever. The one sensor I have had fail was through moisture & was in no way the fault of the unit.

I've had mine installed for two years now and the only problem I had was when i unplugged the sensor, I forgot to plug it back in, then ran it over pulling out the wires. I suspect it was user error, but I could mistaken.

I've been through a number of sensors in the few years I've had my LM-1. I don't always turn on the power to the handheld when driving, and the sensor is permanently mounted.

The AC jack on the unit also came loose from the circuit board and I had to re-solder it on two separate occasions.
