removing pcm!

i just want to make sure i do this right guys!! there are 2 gray pieces holding the wire harness with total of 2 screws. i unscrew those. then do i just pull out the harness? or do i try to rip the whole pcm out? dont really know what it looks like.. anybody have any tips?

Unscrew the 2 7mm bolts holding the wire connectors on. Then just pull on them and they will come out. After that there are 2 10mm bolts that hold the pcm bracket to the strut tower. Remove them and the pcm will come out with the bracket. You will have to wrestle it out a little bit.

A tip that may help a little bit is take a few push pins out of the wiper cowling to have a some more space to pull the PCM out

It is a tight fit but it will come out.
