Who repairs PCM's?

I remember reading about a few people ruining their computers while tuning then sending them to someone that replaces the processor to fix it. I tried searching for this thread but couldn't find it. Can anyone help me out?

Well nevermind on needing the repair. I put the PCM back into my car with hopes I could somehow recover it and it worked! I was able to fully reflash my stock tune back in. I don't know why I couldn't a few days ago, but tonight it worked fine. It started and everything.
Now my problem is when I went to flash my custom tune in, it said my PCM was not licensed anymore! WTF! I know it's licensed because I messed it up tuning in the first place!
Any ideas on what went wrong and what I should do now?
