perfect idle CL no MAF - rich idle CL with MAF??? I having the following issue, did CLSD VE tuning and all STFT'S up to 4000rpm are perfectly within +/- 1%. Car drives and idles just great when MAF is disabled in CLSD.
Re-enabled MAF and re-calibrated MAF up to 6000Hz and at part throttle perfect AFR's as it should be with STFT'S again near +/- 1%, but it now idles rich around 11.9 (stickshift M6) and frequently stalls.
If I dis-able MAF again in CLSD back to a perfect 14.6.
What I am missing or what could cause that?

the car goes between the VE and MAF numbers at part throttle... try changing the MAF at idle or the VE, you may need to change both
do you like to make things perfect? idle exactly like it did stock...so forth and so forth, picky about anything?

not picky about anything, just wondering why it idles as smoothly as it can in CLSD but won't do the same in CLMAF.........
Ed, will do when back home. Setup nothing fancy, 11.2:1 382, 218GTP heads, 228/232 114LSA cam plus the typical goodies like headers, intake, etc....runs like a champ actually
