C'mon now?? Dissing the Firehawk hood...Personally the I love the more subtle style of it. Each hood looks good in its own way... But to each, his own!!

bringing back an old thread lol ... but i USED to REALLY like ws6 & ws9 hoods. I now would not sport either. raptor or wsq only for me (other than stock trans am hood). i actually like the look of the sleek stock trans am non ws hood 200% more than a ws6 or 9. just my personal taste, as of course everyone's is different.

I had a WSQ hood on my car for a while. The fitment REALLY bugged me as did the raptor style grills. Also, I couldn't see my passenger headlight cover which was a issue at the time due to motor starting to fail on it.

I can't stand the firehawk or raptor. What is the point of having an aftermarket hood at that point. Wayyy too subtle. I'm spending a lot of money to go from a firehawk to a WS6 hood and it's well worth it.

slp HO hood for the win, if you can find one

Though i dont think that would have helped the OP with his issue of seeing over the cowl, as i think the slp HO hood was a little taller then the ws6 hood in the back

Since the old thread is back....

I wont have anything on my car but a stock GM WS6 hood, or maybe a WS9 hood. Nothing else.
