two good things about it.

you can go back to stock real easy

you can change the color as often as you like without it hurting the wallet

yikes, I don't see that working well if your sail panel has bubbling issues. If its to cover up the bubbles its not going to do anything.. the bubbles will just push bubbles in the vinyl. I really don't know how anyone would go about vinyling the Ceta mod. There are soooo many curves it seems darn near impossible to get right. How do you assume they will do the vinyl between the muffler slots, or even the license plate area? I don't see it being possible at all, especially with one piece. If you use several it will even look more like crap.

That being said, if someone finds a way with stretchy vinyl or something crazy, sign me up, I just dont see how it would be feasible.

you're probably right. i don't really know anything about it. I've seen an lt1 formula with a "ceta" type bumper done with vinyl though. probably too many curves with ours, but i'll ask.

as far as the bubbling issue, i sanded it down and did a layer of bondo over the whole thing. i know it will come back but $50 to make it look decent for now beats $1200 to do it right when i need books and tuition is due.

i think if nascar can have the vinyl sh*t all over their cars and even those advertising cars, i think it would work well on T/A bumpers. hell I may give it a shot tommorow and ask this graphics place around here (if the price is rite)

After putting vinyl on my car I don't see anyway you can get the stuff to work unless you get the stuff that you heat up and it shrinks to the shape. A curve with a bend in it has to be cut to keep the wrinkle out.
