Default 02 Trans am New to the GM family

Aight, I finally have been convinced to get one. A friend of mine is getting one and now i think its time to give in. I have built a few high horse power mustangs before my own included. Now im shooting for some big numbers with this trans am. 800-900 plus without spray and 1000+ on the bottle.
I know what i need to do to make the motor and heads hold up but i need to get some advice on the transmission and the fuel system. Any advice will be helpfull thank you for all your help this is going to be a daily driver. I have had a 750 hp mustang for a daily driver before so i know its possible with a ford i hope its the same with the trans am.

Modifications:
Livernois Motorsports GM 427ci Aluminum Performance Shortblock
capable of holding 1000hp.
along with there stage 3 heads
custom grind cams from Comp Cams
an STS Turbo Charger
Aftermarket intake manifold
MSD full ignition system
and thats about all i can think of
so what kind of transmission swap do i need to do to hold up with this kind of power im wanting. What kind of fuel system. I need sights and information so i can start pricing all this ****...Thanks for the help guys hope to hear something back...
