Default Rear lift on my 77 firebird

I want to lift the rear on my 77 firebird.. Does any one know how can I do this..?

Make sure you've got a sturdy trunk floor first. Late second-gens are notorious for having the trunk floor rust through around the rear leaf-spring mounts.
