96 WS6 to 86 Hi, I have a firebird 86 (originally 2.8L V6). Now Im thinking about turning it to a V8, and I'm wondering if a firebird 96 WS6 could fit into my car? does anybody have done this? I just wanna some tips here to know what car or engine to search... thanks.

Yes, you can swap the '96 LT1 into your Firebird, you just need to get the engine, trans, harness(if using EFI), aftermarket or modified k & x-members, mounts, etc. However, I highly doubt that you could fit the 96 Firebird in your 86 lol
