Weird T-Top question
Well I was cleaning the car this afternoon, popped my t-tops out and a plastic trim piece popped out with them. After a little searching I know where it goes, but I have no idea how it stays in there, if it's broke, or if I need one for the back of the "T" molding too.
Here's the piece that fell out:
And here it is attached to my car a few weeks ago:
I searched GMpartshouse, doesn't look like it's a seperate part from the molding which is $120. Anybody else have this issue?

I had the same issue. It is not broken. What happens is th glue that holds it on dries out. There is one for the front and back but they are slightly different.
I cleaned the remaining adhesive off mine and applied some heavy duty 2 sided tape I had. I aslo removed the channel to do this. it is held on with six phillips screws and adhesive tape. cleaned that up and applied new tape to that too.

I ordered mine right from GM both front and back. I had to buy them in bags of 10 (10 front and 10 back). I don't remember the part numbers. But I'm sure I can find them easy enough.
