Default Turn signal issue

I have an 02 trans am I bought the vehicle used but the forward turn signal have never worked.....the back ones do. Ive changed the bulbs checked the wiring in the back of each bulb holder some small corrosion nothing i couldnt clean check the little clicker module thing under the steering column it makes an audilble click. Do I have a short ? if so does anyone know where I can find the schematics for them? or is it a Fuse why idk just trying to cover all my angles.

The bulb sockets are prone to failure due to exposed moisture. I have had to replace 1 side of mine already. The housings allow moisture to get inside. AFAIK you can get replacement sockets at any of the auto parts stores. I got mine from a car that was stripped of parts.
