I figured it was a typo, so i sent him a question on ebay, his response:

I want to message this guy and tell him he's full of bullshit, but I haven't logged onto Ebay in years and don't remember my credentials...... 5k for a CAI huh?? some of us bought the WHOLE CAR for that much....what kind of dope is that guy doing, I think I want some.
