That price is insane!! Definitely would be OK for a very low mileage example but collectors aren't going to lay out that kind of $$ for a 100,000+ miles car. Although the car looks really nice for those miles, the museum is definitely in 'wishful thinking' mode. The rarity is moot with mileage that high. I know many collectors and assist many of them. This is not a car they would be interested in with those miles. Maybe it is a misprint??

I didn't say the price was reasonable and I agree that it is high. When have you ever went to a dealer and thought the asking price was right on the money? Asking price and what they actually get will probably be much different in this case also. I own one of these cars and my father also owns one. Mine has around 78,000 miles and my fathers has 49,000 miles. We payed considerably less than what they are asking for this one.

Are those the right wheels for a Formula WS6?

Yes, '97 WS6 'verts got the 16" rims, '98+ got the standard 17" WS6 rims.

This car looks to be incredibly clean for 100K+ miles, so they are counting on the cleanliness and rarity as bumpers for the price. However, with a pewter cloth interior, that car is much more rare than one of 41. There were 11 black '97 Formula WS6 'verts built, only 2 '97 WS6 Formula 'verts had pewter cloth, both were A4 but the other one may have been a different color.

Low single-digit rare for sure.

I never noticed that only two had the pewter cloth interior. Mecum sold a black car with Pewter cloth in 2011 in Indianapolis. So either both cars with pewter cloth are black, or this is the same car that sold in Indianapolis.

Car looks clean- I have one in green. I have been watching the price of clean LT-1 cars and I have to say that even though mine has 105k on it I would ask 12-15k if I decided to sell

Regular (non WS6/ vert/etc) clean LT-1 cars are pulling 8-9k pretty easily
