I have no paper work or stickers for our 2000 Firehawk. Car #696
We did however confirmed with SLP that they did do work on this car.

If anyone can point us in the right direction (Links, phone numbers etc.) it would be GREATLY appreciated!!!

Used to be able to enter your VIN on CompNine without giving an email. I also used my local GM dealer. He got into the GM Inquiry system, which gave RPOs, GM claims history, everytime it was serviced at a GM dealer and even where it was sold. Don't know if they will do it for just anyone though, as I was kinda in good with the service manager.

Here's a really long listing, if you want to look up what each one means, ..., If you can get them from your local GM dealer.
Occasionally on the forums, there comes along someone who has access to this info & can help get the whole listing for your car from the VIN.
