took forever to start

Default took forever to start

okay this is not my usual fuel related issue, I went to turn the car on and the car would not even attempt to crank over it was like the ignition cylinder was bad or something is this a common problem having to attempt to start the car 25 times before the starter finally kicks in

probably your cylinder i guess, try this move the wheel to the bottom left corner more like pressure it and turn it on (keep in mind u might want to lower pressure or raise it), works at a certain point lol

It wasn't battery issue, there was just no connection at all, I talked to some others and they said vat issues.... which would make sense cuz the security light on the dash stayed on after everything else turned off

yeah, that make sense. haven't had this happen to me. perhaps the starter is failing? what is a VAT issue?

Vehicle anti theft.... I've read that sometimes it goes bad or some **** and will create problems with starting your car.... Idk what triggers iy or how to fix it though

fix here, works on firebird, the guys that put my remote start in did the same thing to fix mine
