Default Is this the factory option hurst shifter?? (pics)

I remember reading somewhere that the Hurst shifter wasn't and option until '99...my T/A is a '98, however it has the drive train out of a '99 T/A. It came with the Hurst leather ****, but I wanted to actually check it out to see if the shifter was really a Hurst...sorry the pics aren't the best but can anyone tell if this is a standard unit or a Hurst?
