Default Rough ride please help

Hey guys I have a 97 trans am iv recently been having a rough ride it feels like its from the rear iv already changed shocks and when I push the rear of the car side to side it makes a nocking noise the smallest bump throws the car was wondering if its the diff or wheel bearings but I'm stumped please help

What are the specs/mods on the car? Stock wheels/tires? What tire pressure are you running (shouldn't be over 30psi).
Check to see the condition of your rear bumpstops, they may be missing or chewed up pretty bad.
If you replaced the shocks with autozone/oem shocks then you just wasted money, as they will ride like crap. If you want something that rides decent look into bilstiens or koni STR's on the cheaper end of things.

Maybe, but only on big bumps.
