PCM wiring swap, now car wont start!

PCM wiring swap, now car wont start! I did the wiring swap in the PCM that I read about on this site. After I put it all back together, my car wouldn't start. I put all of the wires back to the factory locations, and it still won't start. Looking for some ideas of what might be wrong. Car is a 1998 ws6 TA.
