T Anyone know of a how to for replacing it? Or it a simple pull out and replace?

reach in and unplug wire harness, unhook feed to sprayers pull up out of tank, would suggest re-using stock rubber grommet (that should stay in tank) the replacement that comes with the new one is slightly different and is hard to get in place due to lack of room for hands.

At least this was my experience on the 98+ firebird, different bumper covers may affect accessibility differently.
