The 70-81 decal mostly come in left side/right side cut right down the middle and it ends up 45"x45". I got mine from benini designs. Ive seen another company called down the road graphics that is also a less expensive alternative to one of the GM licensed decals.

Installed it and by the looks of the old one.....with as much gunk was around the base of the threads.....it wasn't torqued in right. I was able to hand loosen it off the car. Bolted in the new one and the leak is gone and the last of the oil has FINALLY burned off the exhaust. Time for fresh air and static oil pressure. Beer time!

Next job is a complete oil change with some added Marvel Mystery Oil to keep the heads clean because I found out they are new (just received the receipts). Then a full can of parts cleaner will be sacrificed to clean the leaking oil from the past

Got some other "attention to detail" jobs done today:

First up was the ABS system and new lines

Next was the PCV lines that run behind the intake....lot of oil and crud on this sucker...allowed me to clean up top a bit too. Added bonus was the factory GM tags

Saw your thread and gotta say keep up the work on the car and it will look good. Also is the Amistad Dam still dry or has is gained some water? Haven't been to Del Rio since 4 year ago since I moved to the Houston area.

Love lifting this b*tch

Got the pans clean this time around. Probably going to drop them both to inspect the wear of the engine and transmission

Frame is amazingly clean and rust free...literally none!

Had to feed my inner VW lover this today though

Got a lot of sh*t done since my internet went down from a storm

For starters that "new" freeze plug that was put in blew out almost causing another overheat. Thankgod its a small town for me to walk home in.

Got some Purple Power from O'reillys and went to work:

Tackled the driver seat and the difference is amazing!

Everyone has the love for the WS6 or LS1 builds but I figure since I found a really clean V6 base, itll make it easier to turn into a DD while I hunt down a 98+ V8. Got to finish this one first though.

Update: That fresh meat!
