Headlight motors/gears. Test them opening up and down multiple times.

If original, rotted suspension bushings & torque arm forward receiver.

window motors. If leather, look for it to be pulling apart from the sun.

Radiator filling up with junk you won't see, AC condenser dirty and not allowing airflow.

Any common problems with the evaporator?
Condenser should be easy to clean

What's the issue with the noisy diff, worn splines/slop?

If it's an M6 prepare for the clutch master going out at some point. I only mention this because I just replaced mine with a Tick when my clutch pedal stuck to the floor. I had no issues ever since the car was new so I don't think there's anyway to know if it's about to happen but it's a common failure point.

You can check the clutch fluid to make sure it is being changed as it should be clear if it's in good shape. It should be changed like brake fluid should be changed although many never change either until they have problems.

The 10 bolt rear is a problem point on these cars as well. Some people have them last forever and some (like me) have them die an early death. I replaced mine about six or seven years after I bought it new with about 20,000 miles on the car.

Other than the rear end I've never had anything fail (except the clutch master and both window motors) the entire time I've owned it but I service it on a regular basis and keep fluids changed more frequently than suggested.
