Hi everyone-new LS1 owner
Hello-New to the LS1 world, but not new to F bodies-got a few others in the stable-89TTA and a 89 Formula 350.
Purchased this recently-its a 99 Trans Am, NBM with around 20k miles on the clock. Engine is bone stock, its a very well cared for car. Taupe interior. Came with an extra set of speedlines, so have plans for those next spring. Drove it a few times, runs beautifully. Its now in the garage covered up and the owner is counting down the days till spring! lol
Looking forward to learning all about this car and glad to be here on the forum.

Thanks-I am of the opposite sex-grew up around cars all my life-my dad was a mechanic on a drag racing team, so yeah I'm a female motorhead. lol

Nice find! Thanks for posting the photos. The underside shot is interesting. I was under the understanding that the flat color found in the engine bays was sprayed over the entire shell. Your pic shows otherwise.
My Pewter Metallic 'bird doesn't look much different color-wise on the underside as it does in the engine bay, so I never really paid much attention to the other colors.

Havent posted for a while. I have been working on details to get the car the way I want it. Got a Ram Air lower box base and lid with decal(havent put the decal on yet), polished my speedlines and got Firestone Indy Wide Ovals mounted. I am keeping the 16" chrome rims since they came stock on the car. Right now I am in the process of removing globs of silicone on the underside of the Ram Air hood. Someone in the car's past must of had mirrors under there. It is a slow process, and a real PITA. Some of the paint is coming off along with the silicone. So I am going to have to get the underside re painted eventually. Here's a few pictures with the new wheels.
